Fees and charges

Our firm has always applied a policy of full transparency with regard to the cost of its services.

Unless otherwise agreed, our fees are calculated on the basis of each attorney’s hourly rate (as intimated to the client at the time instructions are given) and according to the time spent in providing the requested services. In each case we deal with, our services are systematically recorded and carefully calculated. The resulting ‘timesheet’ is sent to the client together with each interim feenote, so that he is in possession of full, detailed information concerning the fees charged. In certain special cases, a success fee is agreed in consultation with the client, which takes account of the sum at stake and the success achieved.

Ancillary charges incurred in relation to our services (correspondence, copies, travel expenses, etc.) are billed to the client according to flat rates agreed upfront with the client. The client receives a breakdown of the charges incurred together with each timesheet.
